win7 adsl 自动休眠

好像win7在长时间休眠以后，再用adsl上网无法进行拨号连接，必须重新启动后才能正常使用，猜测是win7的自动节电功能让网卡睡眠了，要真是那样的话，要用什么方法才能唤醒呢?
